• Eligibility: You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
• Conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Final sale, discounted, or custom items are non-refundable.
• How to Start a Return:
1. Email us at support@ghoodboy.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll respond with return instructions and a return address.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
Exchange
We offer free exchanges for a different size of the same item (if available).
To request an exchange, follow the same steps as a return and specify the desired size.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a GhoodBoy error.
Important Notes
We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
GhoodBoy reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with this policy.
